The Jamie Snowden Racing Club 2019

Jamie will always make sure there is at least one horse in the Racing Club, and so horses will (where possible) be switched into the club in the event of injuries etc.  At this moment in time Jamie has two horses in the club and they are:

Unnamed Gelding - 2015 bay gelding by Westerner ex Ariesanne (IRE) (Primo Dominie)

By Westerner (the sire of multiple Cheltenham Festival winners including Western Warhorse, Empire of the Dirt, Cole Harden among others) and out of a winning mare.  This unnamed gelding is a full brother to two winners.So being nicely bred he looks the type we can do well with.  He’s in full training, and will be making his racecourse debut early this spring.

Falcons Fall

2011 Chesnut Gelding Vertical Speed ex Ellie Park

Falcons Fall is an 8 year old gelding by Vertical Speed (a high-class French middle-distance horse by Bering) and from the family of the useful jumper Riva Rose who stayed 3m well.  Falcons Fall was given an opening mark of 115 and duly won on handicap debut when stepped up to 3m at Chepstow. He went up to a rating of 120 but has now dropped to a mark of 102, which looks very appealing.  He is working and schooling well at home so I think we can have plenty of fun and success out of him throughout the summer and into the autumn.

For just £800/annum you can become a member of The Racing Club for a full period of 12 months (from January 1st 2019) or £450.00 from 1st July 2018.

Benefits include:

  • owner’s tickets to the racecourse when the club horse runs;
  • a weekly update from Jamie;
  • a monthly newsletter from Jamie;
  • several stable visits throughout the season.
